Deposit

Your cake order will only be booked in, once the deposit (50%) has been paid. The final payment must be paid 2 weeks prior to the event for wedding cakes. For celebration cakes, the final payment must be paid before delivery or upon collection. The deposit is non refundable. All cakes over £60 will require a deposit.

Cake Changes

Any changes to your cake order will be accepted until 2 weeks prior to the event date. After this time changes will incur a charge.

Collection

If you wish to collect your cake, you must keep to the agreed date and time. Once collected, the order becomes your responsibility. We cannot be held responsible for any damages caused to the cake once it leaves the premises.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation ,deposits are not refundable. Any balance paid after the deposit however, can be refunded if the cake is cancelled over 2 weeks before the cake is due.

Photographs

We reserve the right to photograph your cake order, before delivery/ collection for our own reference.

Release and Liability

We will work with you to ensure you are completely satisfied with your order. We shall not be held responsible for your cake order once collected or delivered. We will advise you on how to store your cake beforehand.
